We originally placed our Gainesville house with another realtor for a year starting June 2019 without much luck. We missed the spring market that year and showings were not very often. We signed with Mickey Hyams at Keller Williams in June 2020, right in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. His approach to on-line marketing drove triple the amount of showings, especially with other Keller Williams associates. The on-line listing automatically generated a text message to us confirming when a showing was scheduled and which realtor was coming. We also received an automated response to five questions sent to each realtor who visited our home. We finally sold our home in October 2020 after just a few months with Mickey. In fact, we had two offers in waiting if the original contract fell through. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and passionate about selling our home. We started with Mickey and the team about 2 years ago, looking to sell our home, buy a new home and we searched all over Forsyth county for our next home. This is a great team! Cory was great to work with and very responsive. This was our first home and we had a lot of question.
